96jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 96jl ("96jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 96jl online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 96jl service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 96jl Platform.

96jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 96jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 96jl. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 96jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 96jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

96jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other supporting documents. 96jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

96jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels available to Philippine-based players. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

All transactions on the 96jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of non-PHP payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 96jl account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. 96jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period of up to three (3) banking days. 96jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to availability.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 96jl account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by 96jl at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.

96jl maintains strict AML policies in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

96jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 96jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 96jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 96jl support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 96jl will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game activity. The outcome of such investigation shall be final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 96jl reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your 96jl account by any third party, including minors.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 96jl software or technology.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 96jl content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 96jl intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96jl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

96jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 96jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 96jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

96jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 96jl's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact 96jl support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any external remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any matters not subject to arbitration.
